Vintage Michigan Central Railroad Lantern with matching M. Embossed clear glass globe as shown in our photos.

We used glass cleaner for the globe to remove the dust but the new owner will want to properly clean this lantern before displaying in their collection. The globe has the MCRR name embossed in the glass and has a little minor rust stains that we didn't attempt to remove. The burner is clean and dry in good condition as seen in one of our photos. The top of the lantern is stamped The Adams & Westlake Co. " ADLAKE " RELIBALE - New York, Chicago, Phila.

And has a serial number clearly stamped # 24097 This MCRR Railroad Caboose Lantern should make an outstanding addition for someone's collection......
