Adams Westlake GTW Grand Trunk Western Bell Bottom Railroad Lantern. This is used and is painted which I think was done by the railroad. The lantern has some dings and dents but nothing major. The globe is in good shape and is unmarked. Look at the photos to judge the condition for yourself.
