This is an antique Adlake Pennsylvania Railroad Non-Sweating 4-Way Railroad Signal Kerosene Lamp manufactured by Adams & Westlake Co. In Chicago Dating from the early 1900s to mid-20th century, it features a sturdy metal body with a handle and ventilated top, featuring a PRR (Pennsylvania Railroad) logo, signifying its use by this historic railroad. This unique lamp has two red lenses and two blue lenses, with reflectors painted red around the red lenses and white around the blue lenses to enhance signal visibility. Measures 16 in tall and 10.5 in wide.
The item has been lightly cleaned, and does not include the original lamp or burner. It has not been restored or converted to electric. It shows minor wear with some rust and paint chipping, retaining its original patina. The lenses are intact with no major chips or breaks.
