Antique Adams Westlake Co New York Philly Chicago railroad lamp Lantern burner

As is and as shown. I was told by an expert that this is a burner fuel pot for a RR switch lamp. I'm not an expert nor do I know zilch about this piece other than what I saw online and was schooled Ty! Same one is listed on here for a bit higher but I'm still open to offers.

8.75" tall 5.2" diameter. It is on used vintage condition and my dad used it is in his barn for fun. I cannot vouch if it will currently light. Little glass shade is Pyrex and is dirty but intact!
