It is made for a marker light for a caboose since it has the bracket It reads Armspear Manfg Co on the tag on the sideThe bracket reads Armspear 28A This lantern is complete as it has all 4 lenses three are amber and one red(One of the amber lenses is cracked it is pictured). You get what you see pictured, so please look closely at the photos.
