Antique Pair of Brass Railroad Caboose Wall Sconce Lamps uses candles to provide light. The spring bottom caps twist off. Candles are already in the sconces. The brass sconce is 7 1/4 inches tall and is about 2 1/4 inches in diameter at its widest point.

They attach to the wall with back bracket. The chimney is stamped by Pyrex and when slipped into the sconce the height is 11 1/4 inches. Patent date on both sconces is Sept.
