Antique Railroad Lantern Lamp 1876-1895

Very interesting and well preserved railway lamp in copper in brass by L. Upper portion reads; Lamp for trains in French. Flat platform with round brass body, covered in green leather, hinged round brass window with gas lighting element in interior. Rewired with electrical cord and fixture as well as lampshade.
