Antique ROCK ISLAND Railroad Lantern Oil Lamp Red Globe Adams & Westlake 1920s

Wonderful antique authentic metal railroad lantern with red globe. Marked on top ROCK ISLAND and along top rim of lid THE ADAMS & WESTLAKE CO. Has red glass globe and is still a kerosene oil lamp - has not been electrified so is in original condition as far as I can tell. Wick and all parts are intact. Bottom is marked ADLAKE-KERO 2-37 U.

Stands 9.5 inches tall and handle extends about 8.5 inches. Overall height with handle up is 15.5 inches. Bottom of cage at base measures almost 6 inches across.

Red globe has a rough spot in one area - I took a pic to show so you could see. Please see photos for overall condition - very nice railroad lantern item that has some a little wear and some rust but not unexpected for age so please look at photos. There are two holes in bottom of lantern - not sure they are original and they are shown in pics so wanted to call them out.
