British Railway Scottish 3 Aspect Hand Lamp Stamp Br(sc) Good Lens Burner Glass

This is a good well preserved example of a Railway hand lamp as used around the 1940's - 60'S. It stands 12.50 tall over the fixed carry handle - has a good solid floor - original bevelled Lens in good condition within the original brass bezel. It is embossed to the side BR(SC) denoting the Scottish Region. It has the stout fixing bracket to the rear and the brass sprung rear clip for holding the aspects in the correct place Both red and blue (for green light) are in good condition along with the rarer clear glass which is complete but has a crack.

The burner is in place complete with a good solid reservoir and the reflector + a suitable wick - This is the BR standard size handlamp - Nice item for your special railway collection. Genuine old Railwayana in nice condition with a little paint loss.
