CRR of NJ Brass Top Bell Bottom Railroad Lantern CNJ Central Jersey

This is a brass top, bell bottom, railroad lantern from the Central Railroad of New Jersey. The brass top is stamped R. Signal Lamp & Lantern Co. Brass top has some cracks and dents.

Rim of the lid is embossed CRR of NJ, no dents. The chimney twists for globe retention adjustment. Bell bottom has a pinch, drop font, burner is complete with a wick. Bell has very minor dings. Globe is embossed along the upper rim W F Dewey Co.
