Delaware & Hudson Railroad D&H Bell Bottom Lantern and Cast Globe

Manufactured by Adams & Westlake frame carries a sharp embossing D & H. Co with last patent date: Jan. Cast globe features bold D&H logo: The D&H. Near top of globe edge features PATD DEC 30 1902 NO 717501.

Condition: frame has broken clasp (see photo): exposed wire, it closes securely, but opens by wriggling wire, it does not have the button end found on these lanterns. Globe has tiny chips on top and bottom edges otherwise good. Fount and burner are in good working condition with no holes and new wick.
