Extremely hard to find lantern in this condition. Dietz Vesta New York Ontario and Western Railroad with a cobalt blue Corning made in USA globe. You will notice the underside of the lid is in mint condition. The last patent date is 1910 so it is early and it is a 10 wire frame.
