Scarce and outstanding ERIE diamond logo globe and ERIE RR railroad lantern in very good condition. The globe is excellent with great embossing relief.

Top and bottom fitters and rims are excellent with no issues to note, and there are no cracks. The lantern frame is a classic C T Ham No. 39 wire bottom example, complete with the correct bayonet fount and no.

2 functioning ratchet burner, sans wick. There is light surface etching on the lid reflector, not distracting. The metal has a nice age-earned patina. This is a classic and highly desirable lantern usually found only in the most advanced collections.
