GN Great Northern Railway Lantern Cnx red Globe

This original GN lantern has all of the original interior parts (see pictures). The exterior was spray painted black but all of the original embossing shows through.

The red globe has a large C that surrounds the letters NX. At the bottom it reads Made in the U. The lantern reads Armspear Manfg Co. 1925 New York" on the top of lantern and on the lower top is embossed with "G. This lantern was a part of my late husband's extensive railroad collection.
