This is a Kelly all brass, fixed globe presentation railroad lantern. Perry was the the secretary and treasurer of both the Peoples Railroad Co. And the Tower Grove and Lafayette Railroad Co.

Nickel silver is worn on the frame. Bell has a ding which makes the lantern a bit wobbly. Top has no dents or dings, frame is solid. Globe is wheel cut with a wreath around the name J. No crack or chips, seal between frame and globe is as shown.
