Long Island Railroad - LIRR - Tall Armspear Lantern with Pennsy Etched Globe. I'm just seven blocks from the LIRR branch to Brooklyn, but this late-model Armspear turned up in the deep South. With last patents dating from 1913, it's in practically pristine condition, display ready, with smooth metal on one side of the lantern, and on the other, a very, very fine layer of character-enhancing surface rust in places on the lid and pot. The burner is incorrect for this lantern, but looks fine in place.
The pot takes an Armspear-specific model with a shorter stem and bigger wheel. See the pictures for a really good look. I've never been able to photograph a lantern so nicely so easily! The lantern came outfitted with a really nice CNX-style globe, etched PRR in the keystone logo. I have 30 years in the hobby, and I guarantee your satisfaction.
