MCRR MAINE or MICHIGAN CENTRAL RAILROAD TALL ADAMS WESTLAKE LANTERN CLEAR CAST

This is likely a Maine Central but could be Michigan or Midwest. It is a very strong frame. The cast wording on the dome is very deep and clear. There is some minor finish wear.

No dents and no dings. The color is a medium gray.

The inside dome area is very clean. The cage is well shaped. The lid and cage have some.

Additional lighter colored areas that looks like the tinning solder used during assembly. The handle has some slight bends and has a slight texture. Is the screw on type and is easy to insert and remove.

But gets stuck about and inch or so from wick top when elevating. The wick has some minor wear in that area so it probably just needs to be replaced. The burner area is very clean. The fount does not have any holes or damage.

The lower area of the frame has an interesting pattern of finish wear. Condition with no cracks and no chips on the surface. R in a wide oval panel. It is very clean with very little. It has some very minor imperfections from the manufacturing process.
