Missouri Pacific Handlan Buck Brass-Top Bell-Bottom Railroad Lantern Frame. Listing includes the Lid, cage, bail, and twist-off bell/fount. Burner and globe are not included. Frame is complete and all original.

Frame came from Kansas and clearly was exposed to humidity for many years. Frame was gently washed, but otherwise as found.

Brass-top dome is in overall good condition and has no visible cracks. Cage has some rust erosion, but is overall solid. Bell has issues of note. Bell does have dents and two minor cracks along lower rim.

Solder that holds shoulder to Bell has partially separated from Bell but is still holding solid. Significant rust erosion at point where cage post twists onto Bell. Sits nicely on a table and has a nice look to it. Please see all pictures for detail and condition! Excellent restoration opportunity and/or an entry-level brass top for a collector!
