Railroad Lantern, Vintage PRR, Arlington, NJ, RARE, COMPLETE withOil Reservoir&Wick

This is a signal lantern specifically made for the Pennsylvania Railroad and is presented unrestored just as it likely appeared when it was removed from service. It's weathered patina evokes decades of trusty service on the Pennsylvania lines. The PRR logo is clearly stamped on the lantern housing as shown in a photo.

The unit is complete and totally intact. The Fresnel lens is a rich crimson in good condition.

As pictured the lamp reservoir inside is completely intact with wick in place and in working condition. All mechanisms are intact and working. It has a mounting fixture which allows rotation of the unit 45 degrees to right or left.

I have seen many of these listed over the years but none except this one that is complete with oil reservoir and lamp. Please see all pictures to appreciate the value of this item.
