This is a grand old block signal, just 60 yards from where it was in service for decades on the Illinois Central main line. This is a working unit.
Seventeen feet tall, eleven feet to the platform, 40-inch black signal disk. Wiring is in it, bulbs and sockets in good shape. Have an extra hood, extra lens, one or two extra bulbs, original transformer from the switch house. I ran new romex wiring up to the top but never connected the sockets. These old signals used about 10-volt bulbs.
With such low voltage they probably lasted for years. In my opinion, you should use 110-volt rough-service bulbs with house current. We're moving, needs a new home. This thing weighs several hundred pounds! I can give contact for a local electrician with a pole truck a half-mile from the signal.
Same guy who put it there. Just bring some wrenches and a sixteen-foot trailer.
