RARE! Antique British RR Lantern CHAS. H ANDREWS Lamp Mfg London Railroad

I don't know a lot about this lantern, it has been in my family for around 45 years, but it was really old at that point. Please see my pics very carefully, as this sale is as-is. If you have any info that you could offer, I would greatly appreciate it. It measures 7"x4 1/4 with clip, 3" wide.

Andrews on the top, LONDON in the middle, 3 cross lane, eastcheap on the bottom. I believe this is very rare, I haven't been able to find one like it in searching for months.

The only thing that I can find when you google that name and that address together is that in 1897 there was what looks like a liquidation of assets, maybe a bankruptcy? Also in another article there is the 1916 Kelly post office directory with that name and that address.

He also applied for different patents in 1931. Also I see his death records on feb 26,1950. This is truly a unique item I think...
