This is a Rare, Vintage & Highly Collectible B. Railroad Adlake Non-Sweating 4-Way Signal Switch Lamp / Lantern that has been modernized with a light bulb for everyday use. It is in Excellent Used Condition, as pictured! It is stamped: The Adlake Non-Sweating Lamp Chicago & B. (stands for Baltimore & Ohio Railroad) as shown in the pictures.

We believe the paint is original, in other words, it has not been reworked or refinished in the past few decades its been in our family. The inside lantern parts were removed (and unfortunately discarded) when the modern-day electrical parts were installed, this is shown in the pictures. It is absolutely gorgeous when light up at night with all 4 sides showing! It can hang from a hook using the handle or be mounted to a lamp posted; we used it in a man cave, family room, sun/shade room, the garage and shop areas over the years. Its a great conversation starter, railroad décor piece, and a must have for any collector.
