Russel Perkins Patent brass Cony lantern not nautical railroad fire Dietz globe

I have been told there are about 5 of these known to exist. Lantern is in super shape. Globe has a makers mark which is about two inches long.

Globe is original to lantern. Bottom was not made of brass but tin just like the Dietz US brass lanterns. Lantern is not missing any parts, there all there and work. This lantern was made to compete with the introduction of the coldblast lanterns and had a short production cycle.
