Vintage Adlake Kero Canadian Pacific Railroad Lantern Brand Newithnever Used

This lantern is brand new and never been used. It was taken out of a cp engine when Soo Line merger happened, by the engineer. It was a back up in the cab, at least that was reason given to engineer, on why it was there.

It still has original operating instructions, see pictures. If you are a lantern historian and can add to story, I would appreciate it.

Not sure if there is another one like it???
