Vintage Piper Toronto Railroad Lantern Railway Caboose Lamp Frame

Piper company of Toronto Railroad caboose lamp frame. I can't find this exact model anywhere online with the maker mark just "Piper Toronto" so I don't know the age or model. I would assume this is an early lamp. The lantern frame's condition is as shown with dings, wear, and rust / flashing. There are rusted holes, as indicated.

There is no insert or glass. Just what is shown is included.

The lantern measures 15 inches high, not including the handle and 4.5. Inches in diameter across the top plate. It measures about 7 7/8 inches across the widest spot.
